All payments made via PAY. are automatically provided with a unique payment reference. Based on this characteristic, we can link the payment to the correct transaction. With the payment method transfer, your customer must manually transfer the amount to our account and provide it with a correct payment reference. Sometimes consumers forget adding the correct payment reference to their payment. Payments that we cannot match immediately will be returned the next day to the account where the payment came from.
How does it work?
You can contact our support desk ahead if you find out that you have added the wrong payment reference to your payment. You can contact us if we have not refunded the amount back to you yet. After contacting us, we will be able to link the payment to the correct payment reference.
