Customer inquiries
To answer all these questions properly and in time, we have set up a special customer support department. Customers can contact us by filling in the information request form or by giving us a call. This way we can provide your customers with the requested information within an hour. Answering a question or inquiry will take no longer than one working day.
According to the procedure, we will first try to bring your customer into contact with your webshop. If possible, we will answer questions about the status of a payment.
