How does it work?

Your customer can purchase the Festival Cadeaukaart both in online and in-store. Paying with the Festival Cadeaukaart is easy:

  1. Your customer will find the 19-digit card number and security code on the back of the gift card;
  2. Your customer can then choose an event based on the Festivalcadeau agenda;
  3. After selecting the correct event, the customer is redirected to the official ticket shop of the event;
  4. At the checkout, your customer selects the payment method "Festival Cadeaukaart" after which the code can be entered;
  5. Your customer has paid while using the Festival Cadeaukaart!

It is up to the customer whether he/she wants to spend the entire amount in one time or whether he/she wants to use a part of the amount on the gift card to pay for their online purchases. The remaining amount will stay on the gift card until the expiry date of the Festival Cadeaukaart. Is the total amount higher than the credit amount on the gift card? In that case, the customer can decide to pay the remaining amount via one of the other popular payment methods such as iDEAL or the credit cards.

Cash flow via Pay.

Stichting Pay.nl receives and processes Festival Cadeaukaart transactions and pays the received transactions to you through the process of clearing. It is not necessary to create an extra account or to sign an agreement with Festival Cadeaukaart.

Via the Admin Panel you can easily activate Festival Cadeaukaart as a payment method within your webshop. Please note that Festival Cadeuakaart can only be selected if your service is linked to one of the categories below.
