Work experience of more than 3 years as a Scheme Compliance Officer at a credit card acquirer (Bank or PSP) environment.

Minimal a bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent) in Business Law, Legal Studies or Business Science.

Expert knowledge of laws, regulations and systems in the field of compliance with Scheme rules (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) including PCI DSS.

Basic knowledge of PSD2, the Financial Supervision Act (Wft) and integrity law (Wwft, Sanctiewet 1977).

Excellent written and oral presentation Skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.

Problem solving and solution oriented.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, depending on the situation.

Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken). German or French is a pre.
-
Flexibility, due to travelling to our locations in the Netherlands.

Excellent data analysis skills including use of MS Office systems (advanced Excel skills) and/or Business Intelligence tools.
