LedLoket is a fast-growing webshop specializing in LED lighting. What started as an idea "over a beer," has quickly grown into a mature e-commerce company with a team of fifteen employees. The first steps were taken in Timo's grandmother's garage. During the corona period, LedLoket made a growth spurt and they moved into their current premises in Denekamp.

Growth requires overview and control

LedLoket ran on WooCommerce for a long time and worked with Exact Online for accounting. For payment processing, Pay. had been used for many years.

The growth of the company created more and more administrative pressure. Automatic debiting was not properly set up, so payments often had to be checked manually. This took time and made it difficult to keep a grip on the administration.

Switching to Shopify: the moment to do things differently

At the end of 2024 LedLoket made the switch to Shopify. That moment was deliberately used not only to renew the web shop, but also to redesign the administrative processes in a smarter way.
