Backup planfor major events

Jeschurun Bolt is director of MplusKASSA and is happy to explain the cooperation between MplusKASSA and Pay. based on the solution at a large event venue.

"We were looking for a backup plan for large event venues. There are easily more than a hundred running there and the last thing you want is not being able to pay during an event. When we discussed that with Pay. they independently decided to build a link to our software. They really stuck their necks out then," says Bolt. "As a result, we now have a QR payment solution as a backup. So if the regular debit card payment fails unexpectedly, we can fall back on paying using the QR code provided by Pay. That code appears on the payment terminal screen and the customer can pay using their phone. This payment is also synchronized with the cash register so all processes can continue as usual. So in case of an emergency, things work out well thanks to Pay. "

Linking through the webhooks module.

Pay. has chosen to link to the MplusKASSA softwarevia the webhooks module . Initially to enable the backup solution with the QR code, but now the link between Pay. and MplusKASSA is much more extensive .

Bolt: "Pay.'s webhooks solution makes it possible to link to our entire online suite. Even multiple POS terminals at one checkout is no longer a problem. That's something we can't offer ourselves, but thanks to Pay.'s progressive work, it's possible. "
