Our systems are redundant, so we can guarantee 99.9% uptime. 
Pay.'s technical teams and partners work 24/7 to guarantee the optimum performance of our technology. We immediately switch to a backup network if a problem occurs, thanks to our technology's redundant design. So our systems are practically always 'live', and our processing power is set up to handle high volumes and peak traffic.

Data centres in the Netherlands

Pay. maintains four data centres at different vendors. All payment processing is done in Europe. Thanks to the redundant networks, we can guarantee continuity. We regularly test our systems to guarantee performance and security.

All permits and certifications

We comply with all requirements concerning the safe handling of data. Pay. has the PCI-DSS and ISAE 3402 certificates and processes data according to GDPR. 

All of Pay.'s payment products are developed in-house to guarantee the quality and safety of our products and services. 

Core activities such as product and software development and management are always performed by our own Pay. employees.
