What you'll do
As our Financial Controller, you'll be the backbone of our financial integrity and strategic insight. You’ll lead the charge in:
Ensuring accurate financial accounting and reporting aligned with professional standards;
Supervising transactional accounting and month-end closing processes;
Preparing internal and external financial statements and tax returns;
Advising management with data-driven insights and strategic options.
What you bring
You are not only qualified, but also strategic, entrepreneurial and inspiring;
• RA / RC / MBA or equivalent financial controlling qualification;
Experience in regulated financial environments;
Proven ability to advise and spar with senior management;
Strong communicator who can influence, challenge, and build consensus;
Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of accounting systems and data flows;
Business-minded with a knack for spotting efficiency opportunities;
Leadership that inspires performance and nurtures talent.
