Pay. regularly collaborates with other parties to make payments as easy and natural as possible for end consumers. So too in the world of tourism and recreation. We would like to tell you a bit more about our cooperation withTommy Booking Supportand the facilitation of online bookings and on- and offline payments.
 

 

Tommy Booking Support has 700 customers in the Benelux, consisting of campsites and bungalow parks. The complete payment system of Pay. has been integrated into Tommy Booking Support's system. Where previously all bookings were entered manually, this is now done automatically via Tommy Booking Support and Pay.

Payments go and a lot easier since the cooperation with Pay. Customers can pay via iDEAL and are sent a link that is entered in less than 3 seconds. PIN payments on site also run through Pay. This puts all payments in one transaction overview, allowing you to skim and close much faster at the end of the day.

Through the cooperation of Tommy Booking Support and Pay. camping de Lievelinge can offer a piece of service to their guests by allowing them to pay quickly and easily. The bookings all run through Tommy, but the technology and taking care of payments runs through Pay.

Work is also well underway on the future. Pay. is developing tokenization for credit card data, making it easy to process repeat orders or bookings without requiring any additional action from the end user. Tommy Booking Support is also not standing still. They aim to offer extra service to their customers by easily refunding deposits to the card used by guests to pay. This is already possible via Pay., and will soon be available at Camping de Lievelinge as well!
