If you have your PIN transactions processed by Pay. there is no intervention by a bank or transaction processor. Pay., like other banks and transaction processors, has a license from the Dutch Central Bank to process all types of payments. This allows us to quickly disburse your transactions to you and keep rates competitive.

Pay. gives you insight into every single transaction. This is in contrast to some payment processors that bundle all transactions. All transactions are updated in real time, so you always have insight and do not have to wait until the end of a booking period.

 

Return debit: the must for your physical store

Deposit money directly back into your customer's debit card. If your customer is not completely satisfied with his/her purchase and returns the product to the store, you can now refund the customer via return debit card. By offering this type of refund, you offer your customer an easy and user-friendly way to return purchases. Your customer brings a debit card paid purchase back to the store and you complete the return payment via your POS system and pinterminal.
