The idea for LeisureKing arose in 2008 when owner and founder Erik Kroon was looking for a reservation system for his bike rental store and climbing forest. Per reservation, a small percentage is paid as a service fee by the end user, and therefore not by the entrepreneur himself. Leisure businesses can try out the system free of charge for a month in advance. After that, only a one-time connection fee applies. Pay. takes away payment worries."
