What does PAY.NL do exactly?
We take care of (online) payments for companies and end-users, we offer service to our customers (businesses) and their customers (end users). In short we are a PSP (Payment Service Provider).
What are the advantages of using a PSP?
The largest advantage is the decrease in your administration costs. This decrease is possible because we save up all payments and transfer the whole amount to you once a month. Next to that, being able to choose from a wide range of payment services is an advantage. This makes it easier for you to target certain groups of people. In addition, the service that we offer end users is by our customers often seen as an advantage. It often saves end users quite some work and they can be sure that most of their problems will be solved in no time.<.p>
Can every business present itself at Pay.nl?
Every business can present itself at Pay.nl, but people who do not have a business can present themselves as well. If you own a website, you can use our systems in most cases. If you are in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look at the possibilities together.
How and when can I reach Pay.nl?
When contacting Pay.nl, please bear in mind a possible time difference. All mentioned opening hours are in Greenwich meantime +1. When contacting Pay.nl by telephone, please bear in mind that, when calling from within the Netherlands you do not need to dial (0031), but you do have to dial the (0). When calling from abroad you need to dial (0031), but you should not dial the (0).

Why don’t you offer all online payment services?
We have chosen to offer only the most used payment services, which are all completely safe. However, we are always on the look-out for new online payment services, especially if they enable us to tap new sources on the online market. The sky is the limit!
Why do you offer different packages?
If we would offer all options to all of out customers as a whole, they might very well loose their overview. Moreover, there will often be options that customers do not use, and we are trying to prevent this. Therefore, we have developed different packages for different situations.
