Payment by telephone

Ten years ago, who would have thought that we would now be able to pay by just calling or texting? Well, now we can. Payment by Telephone is our number one online payment service because it offers you the most convenience and it is the fastest of all. Your customer just has to get his cell phone and call or send a text message to one of our numbers; enter the received code, without having to take care of anything else!

At present it is not possible to provide the next four payment services in all countries. If you would like to know the possibilities per country, please ask us for our list of charges. This enables you to see our prices per payment per country at the same time.

If you were wondering about the safety of this system: the OPTA has fixed maximum prices for example, for calling and text messaging within the Netherlands,. Next to that, a code of conduct has been established between businesses that offer payment services by telephone. Safety and clarity are also guaranteed in other countries where we offer this service. 

Payment by text message

Suppose you offer a service on your website which costs up to 1.50 Euros (downloads, online content etc.) When you make “payment by text message” available, your customers will send a text message to a number and will in turn receive a text message which costs them 1,50 Euros. In one go, the payment is complete and you will generate income right away. 

Payment per minute

This payment service comes in handy for websites with online content or downloads. Your customers only have to call a certain phone number and as long as they do not disconnect, they have access. The longer they are connected, the higher your earnings will be. This way, your customers can control their expenses, which makes your site more accessible. 

Payment per call

When something needs to be dealt with swiftly, payment per call could be the best solution. Within the Netherlands prices are fixed at a maximum of 1.30 Euros per conversation and if your customers want to use this, the payment is completed within six seconds. Now, that’s easily done! 

Payment per fixed price

This payment service is flexible and can be of good use if you want to offer paid access for your website. With “payment per fixed price” you set a call rate and an entrance rate. For example you give paid access to your website for four Euros a day and set the payment per minute at 80 cents. Your customers will then have to call the given phone number and have to stay connected for five minutes. A counter will appear on their screen and as soon as 0.00 is reached, they will be disconnected and will be linked to the exclusive section of your site automatically. Then they can use the paid section for one day.
